Rollers Policy

1. Wet Weather

Our Rollers events will go ahead in light rain, so pack your waterproofs and get ready to roll!

The UK weather can be very unpredicatable, so in the case of severe or unsafe weather, you will be notify as early as possible with any changes or cancellations. So we advise to always check your emails before leaving out the morning of. We may postpone or reschedule and you'll automatically be put onto the next available Rollers event.

2. Tickets are non refundable

• All bookings are non-refundable.

• Tickets may be transferable at our discretion, provided we are given enough notice and where we feel it is possible to accommodate the request.

Event Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• In the case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event or session.

No-Show Policy:

• Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or reschedules for missed events.

10. Media Consent Clause

By attending our events, you may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. We will always aim to notify attendees in advance and respect any requests not to be featured.
